FAQs

What is a bridal session?

A bridal portrait session is an opportunity to get the perfect photo of you in your perfect dress without all of the commotion and stress of your wedding day. Wedding photographers spend most of their time at a wedding capturing timeless moments, so why don’t you make it even easier for them by getting amazing bridal portraits ahead of time? It also allows you to give your hair and makeup a test run and give you a confidence jolt before your wedding. On top of that you can display your beautiful bridal portraits on your wedding day and later hang them on your wall.

What is a Beauty & Glamour session?

A beauty & glamour portrait session is a headshot portrait focused on capturing your beauty and femininity. The resulting images make wonderful gifts, business headshots, dating profile photos, or simply to celebrate a point in your life.

How do I schedule my session?

It’s super easy, simply CLICK HERE to go to our calendar and select a date and put down a deposit to secure your session. You will receive a confirmation with detailed information and we’ll set up a phone consultation to answer any questions you have.

If I want my product for a special occasion, how far in advance should I plan?

Schedule your session at least four weeks before the day you need the final product. If you don’t have four weeks to spare, I am able to deliver purchased digital images as soon as the day after your session.

Where do the sessions take place?

I have a studio located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. It is 2000 square feet with over 10 unique photo sets.

I don’t know how to pose, will you help?

Absolutely! I give you super easy-to-follow instructions and coach you from your facial expression down to the placement of your hands. I will NOT say “work the camera” or any other vague directions like that!

How long before I get to see the pictures?

The same day! After studio sessions you’ll get to take a relaxing lunch/coffee break while your images are edited. When you return they will be ready to view!

How long before the prints are ready?

Your finished art work is delivered 3-4 weeks after the date of your session.

Do you photograph weddings?

I have photographed nearly 200 weddings over a long stint in the past but I have found my calling in portrait work so that is where my passion is so I no longer accept weddings. However, I do know MANY wonderful photographers in Seattle and would love to connect you to them — just ask!
